A Quick Note on Upcoming Changes
On July 4, 2024 (yesterday), I took a quick nap before posting the day's news stories. As it happens, while napping I was logged out of twitter and gmail. I was able to log back into gmail, but not twitter. As it turns out, I needed to send an email from my connected account so that twitter could reset my passwords. Sadly, the email for borderObserver was on Microsoft's outlook email service. When I went back to login, my account was not accessible and NONE of my passwords worked. I had two-factor authorization setup, but outlook kept responding with the wrong email domain to send me instructions. To be clear, it appears the outlook account was hacked . While I could work to get the account back on outlook, getting the original email address was likely not possible. I've had this problem before with outlook. M$ is just the worst email service. I was on outlook because M$ bought hotmail, which has long been swallowed up by M$. So I no longer plan to use ANY Microsoft produ...
