The Border Observer - Tedious, Mundane, and Boring Details

UPDATE (Oct 14, 2024) We realized after this blog that there may be a video *somewhere* of Joe Biden is actually naming the VP as the "Border Czar," and the video we used (as evidence) here may be him "correcting himself."  If you happen to know of a video where Joe actually says or uses the words "Border Czar," please let us know. Like many of you reading this blog, I thought I heard Kamala be assigned to be the "Border Czar." I even recall watching the video where Biden said something to that nature. But (apparently) I was wrong. To be clear, I wanted to hear Kamala and Joe say those words or something like that, but in their usual political mumbo jumbo, COVID masks, and Joe Biden's mumbling, their message was lost with me -- at the time. One of the most important points the chief made was that they were having a hard time identifying the persons in the video AND if those people were gang members. U.S.-Bound Migrants have an exhausting gantlet of barriers to reach the U.S.-Mexico border, which is another gantlet in it's self. This blog is but two of such barriers. Currently, both Colombia and Nicaragua charge a toll or fee, but more likely a “multa” (or as translated from Spanish a fine ).   On July 4, 2024 (yesterday), I took a quick nap before posting the day's news stories. As it happens, while napping I was logged out of twitter and gmail. I was able to log back into gmail, but not twitter. As it turns out, I needed to send an email from my connected account so that twitter could reset my passwords. Sadly, the email for borderObserver was on Microsoft's outlook email service. When I went back to login, my account was not accessible and NONE of my passwords worked. I had two-factor authorization setup, but outlook kept responding with the wrong email domain to send me instructions. To be clear, it appears the outlook account was hacked . While I could work to get the account back on outlook, getting the original email address was likely not possible. I've had this problem before with outlook. M$ is just the worst email service. I was on outlook because M$ bought hotmail, which has long been swallowed up by M$. So I no longer plan to use ANY Microsoft produ...
